1. List the names and addresses of friends and colleagues who may be interested in the RELEVANT Network on the form below. We’ll follow up with each referral and you will receive your credit after the referral subscribes.

2.Simply tell your referral to list your email address in the “Referred By” field on the
subscribe form. After the referral has subscribed, we’ll issue the referral credit to your account.
